Robinson opened VERICO Best Interest Mortgage Inc. in January 2007 upon departing CENTUM Hewmac Mortgage Center Inc.  VERICO Best Interest Mortgage Inc. deals with both residential and commercial clients.  Robinson has a unique focus on commercial development and clients with large multi tenant portfolios.  “It came to my attention several years ago that local branches do not have the time or expertise to properly service high net worth clients that have a large investment real estate portfolio.”
Robinson opened Best Interest Realty Inc. in the fall 2005 to provide consulting services to his commercial clients.  Best Interest Realty provides a unique service of financial and business planning services to our corporate clients.

Robinson co-founded NetWealth in July 2000 and served as President and Broker.  NetWealth was founded through the merger of three very successful individual businesses.  In their eyes, no one was giving full service advice while providing low rate customer focused mortgages. "The demand for this service has been overwhelming" says Chad Robinson, President.  In only a short time, NetWealth had grown to be one of the largest Mortgage Brokerage Firms in Ottawa.

CENTUM NetWealth merged with CENTUM Hewmac Mortgage Center Inc in December 2004. Robinson took the position of Regional Manager following the merger.

Prior to founding Netwealth, Robinson was a successful real estate broker with CENTURY 21 Action Power Team Ltd. from 1994 to 2000, serving both residential and commercial customers.  He also served as Business Development Officer for CENTURY 21 Action Power Team from 1996 to 2000.

He earned a B. Economics from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario with focus in International Business, including a year of study abroad
